Set up your facility
Fill in your restaurant's name, logo, and contact details from the admin dashboard home page.

The first step after creating your account is filling in your facility's basic information, found in the "معلومات المطعم العامة" (General Restaurant Info) card at the bottom of the main dashboard.
Steps
- 1Open the main dashboard (/admin) and scroll to "معلومات المطعم العامة" (General Restaurant Info).
- 2Enter "اسم المطعم *" (Restaurant name, required).
- 3Add "شعار المطعم" (Logo) by pasting a URL or clicking "رفع شعار جديد" (Upload new logo) — a preview appears once set.
- 4Optionally add a main cover image and backup cover image URL.
- 5Under "معلومات التواصل" (Contact information), enter phone, address, and WhatsApp order number (no + or spaces, e.g. 966533155757).
- 6Optionally add your website URL, Google rating, and header tagline.
- 7Click "حفظ المعلومات" (Save information).
"استعادة الافتراضي" (Restore default) resets every field to its default value — use with care.
How to verify
Confirm the restaurant name and logo appear correctly at the top of the dashboard and on the public menu page.
Common errors
Problem
"اسم المطعم مطلوب." (Restaurant name is required) on save.
Solution
Enter a name in the "اسم المطعم *" field before clicking Save.
Problem
"الملف المختار ليس صورة صالحة." (Selected file is not a valid image) on logo upload.
Solution
Make sure the selected file is an actual image (jpg, png, webp), not another file type.
